![]() ![]() Due to circumstances involving losing money under a vending machine, the pair are forced to team up to fight against the Greeed, using the medals as their power source. By his side is the severed arm of a Greed, named Ankh. Eiji Hino is our main rider, but he's not alone. Ooo: Our main rider is introduced to us in a relatable fashion, waking up in their boxers in a destroyed building with the police staring at you. The opening episode does a great job at showing us aspects of the show that will continue through the run, mostly a lot of medals, cell medals being used as a resource for the main characters to use, people's desires playing a large role, underwear, and cake. There are these monsters called Greeed that are released from their coffin and now are after two things, Cell Medals, which are like their blood, which makes them stronger, and Core Medals, which makes them complete, helping their revival. Premise: The basic premise of the show was interesting. I'll give a conclusion of my thoughts at the end, so let's dig in. After that, I'm going all-in with the details and story. So I'll make a section just on them without later spoilers so if you haven't watched it, you can get a good idea of it. However, I want to do something similar to the W post because I saw the first two episodes first, before picking up the series. I've done them for Build, W, Wizard, and Ex-Aid in the past, and now it's Ooos, turn. If you don't know, since I joined the fandom, I like to make these posts to show my appreciation of the series.
